The short film 'Gifts from Babylon' is a Gambian-Dutch co-production. The film describes the psychological impact of migration between Africa and the EU through the lens of a Gambian return migrant. The film captures the personal conflicts that arise when Modou, a deported refugee, returns to his home country after living illegally in Europe for five years.
